Moose Tracks
the on road adventures of CyberMoose

The BBQ that wasn't

Well I guess I should explain, CyberMoose had sponsored an event with the Chamber of Commerce on June 13 at the Midland town dock, it was a BBQ, that included a BBQ give away, and all you could eat for $10.00.

We were a little embarrassed because we did not know that with this particular sponsorship you were not allowed to promote yourself there. We had gotten all decked out, hence the 'new look' and after we got there and started to take pictures, we thought it would be nice to take a picture with the Chamber members putting on the event. That was when we were told we could not promote in this type of fashion. We abruptly left after we found out, although we had taken a few pictures. I was not going to post them, and sort of sweep this little incident under the rug, but when I got the pictures back and seen how cute CyberMoose looked, I just had to show him off.

I also wanted to thank Anita and Jen of Kicx FM who were nice enough to have their picture taken (and published) with CyberMoose. Thanks!

I managed to capture some of Midland's attractions in the background of these pictures
You will see the Steel Goose, now a Midland landmark that was donated by the employees and their families of Kindred Industries.

You will see The Mural on the Grain Elevators by Fred Lenz and the famous Miss Midland tour boat
