At time of arrival, the meter will be read, At time of departure the meter will be read again and the fee will be requried upon departure to our Property Manager..
End Cleaning: $120

*Please note: fee for this service is on a per month basis, it can not be charged according to your length of stay.
*If you require this service, please give notice at time of rental agreement so that this service may be activacted in a timely matter.
*Long distance usage: You can purchase a 'Long Distance Pay As You Go" calling card. You can purchase this card at Walmart or 7/11 in Lehigh Acres.

Information:
A reservation deposit of $300 is required along with the signed Rental Contract. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance of rent is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
Once you have signed contract and paid deposit detailed information will be sent to you. Upon your arrival, our Property Manager will provide you with the key, go over the house and answer any questions that you may have.
Some basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, etc.are already at the home as we also use this home as our vacation home too, so we do ask that if you use up or empty any items that you would be kind enough to replace what you use.
